How to Deal with Depression after Rehab
1.Spend Time with Family :
Spending time with family builds confidence. Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think and how you act, Fortunately it is treatable but after recovering or coming from rehab center you need a break and relax mind.
Tips to spend time with family
a) At least have one meal with family
b) Do Exercise and workout together
c) Plan a day out together
